I'm a Long Island, New York native and recent college graduate. I started TapFlow after noticing a common gap across local businesses. Most rely heavily on word-of-mouth, Google reviews, and social media — but the way customers are directed to those platforms is often outdated or simply inefficient. The businesses that actively improve this flow tend to stand out and increase revenue.

Having worked in sales and built my own businesses, I've seen firsthand how important it is to make customer engagement as seamless as possible. I didn't want to create just another QR code or generic review tool — I wanted to build something that actually helps businesses capture more value from every customer interaction.

I designed and built everything from the ground up — from sourcing and designing, to developing each custom website and backend system that powers them. This isn't a resold product or a template — it's a system built specifically to help businesses present themselves in a more modern, connected way.

My goal is simple: help businesses turn a single tap of their customer's phone into multiple meaningful actions — whether that's a review, a follow, or a new customer connection.
