Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by TapFlow, a sole proprietorship operating in New York ("TapFlow," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a quote request, purchasing a card, or paying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
TapFlow provides NFC-enabled physical cards and plates, plus a hosted review hub page that directs your customers to your Google Business profile (or similar destination) when they tap or scan. The service includes design, printing, programming, and ongoing hosting of your TapFlow link.
2. Setup Fee and Subscription
- The setup fee covers card design, programming, printing, shipping, and the first month of hosting.
- After the first month, a monthly subscription is required to keep your TapFlow link, review hub, and analytics active.
- Additional cards are billed as a one-time fee at the time of order.
- Pricing in effect at the time of your order applies for the duration of your subscription, but we may adjust pricing for new orders or upon renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing tapflowcards@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months.
- When your subscription ends, your TapFlow link will stop resolving and your hosted review hub will be deactivated. The physical card is yours to keep but will no longer route customers anywhere.
4. Hardware Ownership
Once shipped, the physical cards and plates are yours. We are not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged by liquid or heat, or physically destroyed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TapFlow to:
- Direct customers to fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful destinations.
- Solicit fake, paid, or incentivized reviews in violation of Google's policies or applicable law.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- Resell or sublicense TapFlow cards or services without our written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations, with no refund of fees paid.
6. Reviews and Third-Party Platforms
TapFlow directs customers to third-party platforms (such as Google). We do not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that any review will be posted, displayed, or remain visible. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their policies, link formats, or availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapFlow's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. TapFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
